In order to reduce the tremendous overpopulation of stray animals and in order to minimize the suffering of these animals, we cooperate with several veterinarians to continuously spay and neuter as many animals as possible. In addition we help local families that can't afford to sterilize their pets. The costs for our spay and neuter project are fully financed by donations.
Since the start of our sterilization program in 2018 we spayed and neutered over 1’600 dogs and cats on the island.
